Q: Will using a Cobra OEM Compatible Toner Cartridge void my machine’s manufacture warranty?

A:  Absolutely not!  It is illegal for any printer manufacturer to require you to purchase a specific brand of cartridge for your printer, unless they can conclusively prove that other brands of supplies will damage the machine.  If the manufacturer tries to enforce such a policy onto you would be a direct violation of the Sherman-Clayton Antitrust Act.  Your rights as a consumer are also protected under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act.  Would you buy a car from a manufacture that told you that you could only buy a certain brand of gas?

Q:  Will a Cobra OEM Compatible Toner Cartridge last as long as an OEM cartridge?

A:  Without a doubt!  In many instances OEM manufacturers do not fill their cartridges to full capacity, while our high quality Cobra Cartridges are filled with an average of 15% or more toner when compared to an OEM cartridge.

Q:  Will a Cobra OEM Compatible Cartridge damage my machine?

A:  Careful steps have been taking in the manufacturing process to insure that the highest quality product is produced.  All old components are replaced with new ones of the same dimension and functionality as the original components.  Our pledge to our customers is that if any of our Cobra cartridges causes damage to your machine we will repair the printer or replace the printer for FREE.

Q:  Will a Cobra OEM compatible cartridge really save me money?

A:  If you currently buy OEM cartridges you will see significant saving on Cobra compatible cartridges without sacrificing on quality.   An example our cartridge savings is the popular HP LaserJet 4000 (C4127X) cartridge for which we sell for $119.99 (OEM), vs. the Cobra compatible cartridge that can be purchased for $78.99, a whopping 34% or $41 savings with the same 100% guarantee that you get from an OEM cartridge.

Q:  My printer makes moaning noises when the paper comes out of the top tray, is this a serious problem?

A:  No, typically it is just the paper delivery rollers that are wearing.  This is a relatively inexpensive repair cost.
